And about the dragon character... The anatomy is good, but for some reason the character seems a bit too flat to me.
Now the background. I have no reservations about the clouds, but I would add more colors to the sky.
And the thing I noticed at first was the grass. Overall it looks very well, but when looking at the grass on the "horizon" (especially the shaded part), I see the same repeating pattern. Try make it more random.
To sum it up: the picture overall looks stunning, even if it has some flaws. It's well composed, the shadows are amazing, and you have the feeling that it's so calm and peaceful there.
I hope this'll help you improve somehow. Keep up the good work~
